Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Butter softened
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning dried
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Thyme dried
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly cracked
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Soften the butter, then add it and all of the other ingredients into a small bowl.
    3 Tablespoons Butter, 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, 1 Tablespoon Garlic powder, ½ teaspoon Thyme, ½ teaspoon Black pepper, ½ teaspoon Salt
  • Mix until all of the dry ingredients are evenly mixed into the butter, then rub on to the pork and cook. Enjoy!

  • When you're cooking pork in a pan, try this for an extra crunchy crust: Swap out the butter for a little oil, coat the pork in the seasonings, and then pat down every side with a couple Tablespoons of flour. The flour will form a delicious crust when fried in a pan!
