With a boneless pork chop, the internal temperature should be 145°F. This will take 20-25 minutes per pound at 350°F.
For a Pork Butt/Boston Butt, the internal temperature should read 190°F to 195°F. This takes 52 minutes up to 1 hour per pound.
For a Pork Shoulder, 4-6 pounds. The internal temperature should be 190°F. This takes 8 hours at 225°F
With a Pork Loin, 3-4 pounds, the internal temperature should read. 145°F. Cook on high for 5 hours or Low for 6 hours.
For Pork Chops (Boneless), ½-inch thick, the internal temperature should be 145°F. Air fry at 400°F for 5 minutes on one side, 4-6 minutes opposite side.
