What makes this recipe special?
Once melted, pour in the pork drippings and mix well until combined.
Pour in the chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, and water, then mix again.
Make a slurry with water and the cornstarch, then very slowly, while stirring, pour the cornstarch slurry into the gravy. It can also be added dry in small portions.
Bring the gravy up to a simmer as you continue stirring so the cornstarch doesn't clump.
After about 5 minutes or when the gravy is at the desired thickness, remove from the heat and pour into a gravy boat.
