Pork Gravy Recipe

This easy pork gravy has so much flavor, you'll be pouring it on everything.

You will need...

– Pork roast drippings – Butter – Chicken broth – Cornstarch – Water – Worcestershire sauce – Salt and pepper

Let's make Pork Gravy!

Step 1

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Once melted, pour in the pork drippings and mix well until combined.

Step 3

Pour in the chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, and water, then mix again.

Step 4

Make a slurry with water and the cornstarch, then very slowly, while stirring, pour the cornstarch slurry into the gravy. It can also be added dry in small portions.

Step 5

Bring the gravy up to a simmer as you continue stirring so the cornstarch doesn't clump.

Step 6

After about 5 minutes or when the gravy is at the desired thickness, remove from the heat and pour into a gravy boat.
