Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin

Let's Air Fry Pork Tenderloin

Step 1

Set the pork tenderloin on a cutting board and use a sharp knife to cut it into 1 inch thick slices.

Step 2

In a bowl, add all other ingredients, then mix them well with a whisk. Add the pork, and turn them over to coat them all on each side.

Step 3

Transfer the coated medallions to the air fryer basket.

Step 4

Cook at 390°F for 7 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the internal temperature reads 145°F with a meat thermometer.

Step 5

Remove from the basket and let rest for 5 minutes, then serve!
